Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) - MCST is like a Pte Ltd Company. It solely manages / maintains the property and sinking fund. But unlike a Pte Ltd company, MCST has no investment or commercial value.

Mobile Crane – Mobile crane is used when a Galmon equipment is required to be hoisted to higher levels in a building or if there is no direct access to the usage location. A mobile crane is available upon request, and as and when conditions allow such use. A site survey by a Galmon representative must be conducted to confirm a mobile crane use.
