The Solitaire is a residential project involving the erection of a 12 storey condominium (total 60 units) with swimming pool, communal facilities, swimming pool & communal facilities and basement car parks on a 6570 square metres land.
Challenges
Client rented a 120HX for external plastering/painting touch up work. However, when they are about to do on 11th level, our 120HX (120 Ft) could not reach the maximum height of 12th level and roof. With tight narrow access, especially with the project about to complete and all the structures are already up, our 1350SJP (135 Ft) fits just nicely for them to reach the height of the roof safely.
