This is a retail project involving additions and alterations to an existing single storey market and food centre at Block 11 Telok Blangah Crescent.
Work include: Demolition, Metal roofing, Metal awning, Aluminium louver, Steel column, Painting works, Apron area and passageway, Male, female and handicapped toilet, Cooked food stalls, Locked-up stalls, Market stall, Common wash area and trolley area, Driveway and loading/un-loading area, Car park lots, Disabled ramp, Footwalk, Bulk meter chamber, Apron and supper drain, Planter boxes, Mechanical and electrical rooms, Freezer area, Bin centre, Dining area, Turfing area, Entrance markers and signages.
Challenge
Varieties of jobs here that require different types of equipment. From roofing, awning, painting jobs etc in the exterior to intermediate height works, such as overhead wiring, piping, fan & lightings installation and so on in the interior. As a one-stop supplier of wide range of equipment, we were able to provide the complete range of aerial equipment required for this job.
