Painting works at the atrium

Heng Keong Contractor Company was tasked to the painting works at the atrium of Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) based in Clementi Road. The Galmon Aluminium Mobile Tower was chosen for this purpose.

Challenge

• Floor load is 5kn/m2
• No access for Boom lifts or other machines
• The area remains open to public except the allocated portion for the progress of painting work
• Clean & tidy environment needed
