1. SURVEY EXECUTIVE (RENTAL)
Responsibilities:
- To play a consultative role to clients, assessing their needs and requirements and recommending a suitable equipment for their project needs
- Generate new leads for the company
- Conducting site surveys for Marketing Department (Rental). To determine site conditions, advising customers the suitable range/price. Report findings and advise the necessary course of follow-up action by co-ordinators
- To handle in-coming rental enquiries & assist follow-up calls with courtesy and professionalism
- To attend to equipment / scaffold demonstration conducted in-house or at customers’ premises when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 2 years working experience in related industry preferred (fresh diploma holders may apply)
- Well versed in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Applicant with Singapore Class 3 driving license is required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with tight schedule
- Independent, hands-on and meticulous
- Dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active with good analytical, organizational, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
2. SALES OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- To handle in-coming sales enquiries or sales leads with courtesy and professionalism
- To attend to equipment / scaffold demonstration conducted in-house or at customers’ premises
- To attend to in-house equipment/scaffold demonstration (indoors or outdoors) when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 2 years working experience in related industry preferred (fresh diploma holders may apply)
- Well versed in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Applicant with Singapore Class 3 driving license is not required, but favourable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with tight schedule
- Independent, hands-on and meticulous
- Dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active with good analytical, organizational, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
3. PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Pursue / generate all project leads with consistent follow-through (by phone/mail-outs/visits) to capture all potential aspects of the projects and their status
- Coordinating very closely with Rental Section staff to achieve successful rentals
- Conduct project site surveys for Marketing Department
